Soie Organsin from the French manufacturer Au Ver à Soie is an extremely fine 2-strand silk thread. Thinner than a human hair, yet stronger than steel wire of the same thickness.
It is ideal for weaving, lace making and very fine embroidery details where the thread should blend into the work rather than stand out. The light-coloured thread can also be dyed to create any shade you need.
Supplied on 1000 m spools.
